How reverse osmosis works

1

Water first passes through a pre-treatment that removes large particles, hardness, chlorine and other organic contaminants that could damage the RO membrane.
2

The water is then forced through a semipermeable membrane using a high-pressure pump, which filters out a wide range of impurities, including dissolved solids and contaminants.
3

The purified water is collected in a storage tank, ready for on-demand use.
4

Before use, the water passes through final filters, removing any remaining tastes or odours or even polishing vessels to ensure the highest purity levels.
