Evolve Water Care brings this together through service packages designed to maintain performance, reduce downtime, prevent avoidable problems and protect your investment.
A planned service agreement also gives your team a clear support route when your equipment needs attention. With Evolve Water, you get straightforward advice, qualified engineers and clear communication from service booking through to completion.

Whether you need a one-off annual service, extended warranty support or a full 3-year service agreement, our team can help you choose the right level of cover for your site.
All packages are delivered by experienced Evolve Water engineers and supported by our wider technical team.

A 3-year service agreement designed to provide ongoing support and peace of mind.

Labour and faulty parts replacement*
Annual resin disinfection

3-year agreement. Total contract value £1,485 + VAT.

Extended warranty
Extend your comprehensive warranty by a further two years and keep your equipment covered for parts and labour. From £250 + VAT, or 10% of order value where applicable.

Standard annual service
A practical annual service for customers who want their water treatment equipment checked, maintained and tested by an Evolve Water engineer.

Full inspection of relevant system parts
Cleaning and maintenance of moving and operational parts
Replacement of faulty parts as required*
Operational functionality testing
From £495 + VAT per year

Annual breakdown service
Priority support for equipment failures, helping you get back up and running faster when issues occur.
Includes:
Priority call-out for equipment failures
Priority replacement of associated parts
Engineer support when your system needs attention
From £325 + VAT
All prices are subject to VAT. Package availability, cover levels and pricing depend on equipment type, system size, service history and site requirements. Repairs, replacement parts, and consumables outside the agreed service scope will be quoted before work proceeds. Full terms and conditions are available on request.
